Rankings:

Rankings will be calculated every 4 weeks mainly on attendance but as well as on performance and attitude.

Friends and Family - These are non raiding members of our guild that are friends and family of members of our guild. If a F/F wishes to join the raiding team they will be held to the same standards as our initiates and they will also go through the initiate phase. If a F/F is asked to join a raid they will have last priority on loot.

Initiate - These are the newest members of our guild. The initiate phase lasts 2-4 weeks. At the end of this time we will decide to promote you, extend your trial period, or part ways. While you are with us we will work you into our raids to the best of our abilities. An initiate is required to make 7/8 of the Tuesday/Wednesday raids. Initiates will have 3rd priority on loot behind raiders and members.

Members - These are the members of our guild that enjoy raiding, have proven that they are capable to raid at the standards we expect, but can't make the amount of raids required to maintain a raider rank. A member still must attend 4/8 of the raids over a 4 week period. Members will have 2nd loot priority only behind raiders.

Raiders/Officers - These are the core of raid team. There are a max of 25 raid positions but they will not necessarily be filled all the time. Raiders are required to make 7/8 of the 25 man raids we have over a 4 week period. Raiders will be promoted by the officer group as a whole and will always be invited 1st to raids. Raiders have top priority for loot as they make up our progression team. Raiders will be provided flasks for raiding nights, enchants for their main spec gear, and repairs for progression nights.


How We Promote:

We decide to promote people based on three core values that we want all of our members and up to portray.

Attitude - We are looking for people who are dedicated and passionate about progressing through content. We want people who think for the group and not for personal profit. We want people that handle problems in a private setting and take direction and criticism with the mindset that it is given to make you a better player, not a personal attack. The type of people we are looking for work well with others , can follow directions, and most of all have fun.

Attendance - as laid out in the rankings we require the following attendance levels. Initiate - 7/8, Member - 4/8 and Raider - 7/8. Attendance will be taken at 7 server and to receive credit for the raid you must stay until 10 server. There are no exceptions to this.

Performance - Our goal is to progress as far as possible within the limited time we have to raid. To do this we need everyone to be prepared and giving 100% effort 100% of the time. This entails being flasked for all boss encounters, using potions for all boss encounters, and performing to the level of your gear. Part of performance is being prepared. This means that you have taken the time to watch or read a strategy of new fights if they are available. Having to have explained to you or showing a clear lack of knowledge about basic mechanics of an encounter is unacceptable. We are a progression minded guild and we want progression performance from everyone in our raid.

Loot Distribution:
Loot will be distributed by an officer comprised loot council. When an item is linked in raid warning you will whisper the item that you are hoping to upgrade to the loot master and a vote will be taken by the officers on who to give the item to. When we determine who will be getting an item we base our decisions off of Rank, Attitude, and Performance. We will not progress as a team if a few people are super geared and most are lagging behind, our goal with the loot council is to spread out the loot to everyone so that all can contribute to our success. We encourage everyone to know what pieces of loot are true upgrades for them and go for those pieces. All decisions of the Loot Council are final and not for debate. If you are that upset over losing a piece of loot then Pwnögraphy is not the guild for you. The only time we will not use the LC is for ten man content as well as for any non current content. If the LC is not being used all members of the raid will be informed at the start of the raid.

Guild Bank:
All items are for sale from the guild bank at half the price of the Auction House's current value. The only exception to this are BoE equipment and gems. Raiders get access to free flasks, free enchants for main spec gear (or off spec gear if specifically asked by an officer to maintain the set), as well as free gemming of 1 item received in a raid if the gems are available. Crafting materials will be sold to Raiders at half price if they are crafting an item for progression purposes. Any abuse of the Guild Bank will result in immediate removal from the guild.

Raid Nights:
Pwnögraphy raids 25 man content 2 nights a week. We raid Tuesday and Wednesday with invites starting at 6:30 sever and 1st pull asap. 10 man raids are free to the guild to pug or form whenever they want.
